Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Baseball Coach to join our team. As a Baseball Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and developing baseball skills, fostering teamwork, and creating a positive and supportive environment for our players. This is a paid position.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct baseball practices and training sessions
- Teach fundamental baseball skills, including hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running
- Develop practice plans and drills to enhance player skills and performance
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players to help them improve their technique and strategy
- Organize and lead team practices, scrimmages, and games
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play among players
- Monitor player progress and provide regular updates to parents/guardians
- Ensure the safety of all players during practices and games
- Collaborate with other coaches to develop game strategies and lineups

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Baseball Coach or playing experience at a competitive level
- Knowledge of baseball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Experience working with children or students in an educational or coaching setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with players, parents/guardians, and other coaches
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to maintain discipline during practices and games

Preferred Skills (not required):
- Experience coaching other sports such as swimming, cheerleading, or martial arts
- Background in physical education or childcare
